Hands of a Defeat

THe Scoreboard says it all....

I dont' know wheter it was pure not enuff stamina, or not enuff chemistry... But one thing tht was certain on tht day tht it was a very bad defeat for EX united.

It was a match played against Calvyn's friends team, and this prove to be the deciding match tht broke our winning streak by 8 games.

Commenting further about the game from the sidelines, i witnessed a major loophole in EX defence... Mayb it was the absence of Sam Shin Gern, mayb it's also the absence of Tham Chow Juin.... But you must not take tht into account.

Bascically we had a poor turnout, but tht must not be accounted for the loss. We still had a formidable team: Andrew, Calvyn, Julian, Shung Jiu, Zachary, Ryan, Foo Shi Wei. It's quite a good team k! Mayb it was just because of no click.

Nobody likes to be the bearer of bad news... but i have a few comments on the style we play futsal. Here's the thing.... currently we're playing a keeper throw ball to striker which is very good to a counter attack but leaves the defence really vunerable and if worst case scenario the strikers "lat" ball in front, then we "bye bye". Also, we have a lot of people who can play football, but this is futsal so i still feel a lack of creating shooting chances in front of goal. R

But of course there is some good in the style we play.

Eg: For instance, we play at such a fast pace that it may confuse the opponents and this gives us a good upper hand against blurring the other team. But it may also be a double edge sword and confuse our own teammates. Then again, we never quite acquaried the Arsenal fluid one two smooth passes, but we play our own style EX style. Lets quite face the reality, we're not some barclays sponsored futsal team, nor are we playing for the sake of our fans... If we ever have any??

After all Futsal is supposed to be enjoyable with a good bunch of quality friends rite?

Tht is our isi tersirat hidden motto after all. Dont' ever forget tht.

Btw, feel free to comment about the style we play? And also Ex welcomes all EX-ians to express wat they feel bout the other players in the team? This is the time to let it all out guys? So tht we can sama sama improve ourself and also benefit everybody k!

EX LOGO?

Thx to our beloved friend Wooi Quan and his expertise on adobe photoshop and also his sheer talent and creativity... He came out with a really striking and beautiful logo which i think is EX quality. It's EXtricite design is just somethin to be admired.

So, guys wat do you think about it?

For me, I think it's awesome and also unique and it doesn't resemble any other people's logo or somesort. It has it's uniqueness on it's on. Mayb we could give it a lil personal touch but i think this might just be it.

A Charity futsal tournament is organised by the student from HELP University COllege
Venue: SportsBarn, PJ.
It is open to all college and university Students alike.

Time:9.00 - 3.00 p.m.
Date:25th Saturday OCT 2008

Participation fee: RM 120
Team of 7 players

Prizes include RM500 cash to the champion followed by other attractive prizes.

If interested pls vote, if not we'll just join other competitions tht come our way.

I've been searching for the net for some useful stuffs on porn logos and tht got me thinking... How come we haven our logo yet????
And then this image came along and now i'm super despo to get a logo for our own
